The Token Service Provider (TSP) Standard offers security requirements for Token Service Providers (TSPs) that generate and issue EMV payment tokens, as defined under the EMV® Payment Tokenisation Specification Technical Framework.

For TSPs that generate and issue EMV payment tokens, as defined under the EMV® Payment Tokenisation Specification Technical Framework. Entities that are registered as Token Service Providers by EMVCo should confirm their compliance and validation requirements with the applicable payment brand(s).
