Greenhaw to Assume Important New Role for the PCI SSC
WAKEFIELD, Mass., 13 May 2024 – The PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) announced today that Diana Greenhaw has been named Head of Engagement for the PCI SSC. As Head of Engagement, Diana will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders, including payment networks, financial institutions, merchants, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
Diana comes to the PCI SSC after a successful career in payments that included stops at Worldpay, Visa and Block. During her time at Visa, she served as Vice President of Global Payment System Risk and was a member of the PCI SSC Executive Committee. Diana most recently served in a senior data security governance role at Block.
“We are delighted to welcome Diana Greenhaw as our first ever Head of Engagement,” said Gina Gobeyn, Executive Director of the PCI SSC. “Diana brings more than 20 years of experience working in payment security. She has served on both the PCI SSC’s Executive Committee and Board of Advisors. This newly formed position will focus on better engaging with our expanded stakeholder groups as we shape the future of payment security. Diana is an ideal fit for this important role.”

As one of those stakeholders for years, I look forward to leading that important campaign.”
Diana is a graduate of Texas State University where she majored in Public Relations. She lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In her free time, Diana enjoys horseback riding and snow skiing.
