Ravi Soman is Vice President of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Visa. He leads a global function focused on regulatory compliance, assurance, M&A integration, third party risk management, strategy, operations, and reporting. In addition, Mr. Soman represents Visa on executive, management, finance and legal committees of the PCI Security Standards Council.

Mr. Soman has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, Information Security, Risk Management, and Governance. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, a Master’s in Computer Science from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala.
